Offer and Counter Offer

Put a bid in on a condo in Little Ferry - got a counter offer - then I counter offered - now, they won't come any lower.
I am not going to go any higher - the bathroom has wallpaper that is no longer flush - and it needs a new tub and new tiles in the tub/shower area.
Pluses -

Top floor (3rd)
Terrace
Small clean pool
Minuses -
Bathroom
Only 1 washer/dry coin operated in building
No central A/C - the units in the walls - but they work very well.

We shall see what we see..

7.22.13 - Own came back with another offer or something - I will not know until I talk to my RE lady b/c she won't email it to me - gurrrrr.
